-- Will civil engineers and consultants who testified falsely to push this project through be immune to prosecution if they are not American citizens?
-- Will residents of San Diego County speak out loudly enough to cancel the project when they discover that our water usage has dropped in recent years by five times as much as this plant will produce?
-- Will politicians cancel the project when they discover that federal computers say our climate will progressively become much wetter?
-- Will Poseidon's contract with the County be invalidated when false testimony by civil engineers and consultants is identified?
These questions are being asked by concerned citizens but our history of unresponsive politicians suggests that there will be no answers in the near future. The recent election did not seem to produce much change in the attitude of County Supervisors or State-District-Municipal Attorneys.
