dr Yusim has been my families doctor for 6 years and yes he did a very bad thing but when it comes to taking care of his patients he has never let us down. I am very sad to see this happen to him.

We know Dr Yusim as both our Dr. and our friend.
We have know him for over 10 years
We have never met a Dr. with a kinder heart, or one who cares for his patients as much as he does. He has cared for my entire family from myself & my husband to my children & our parents.
Anyone who judges him just off of these media reports, is sheep following the media herd. Oh my if it's in the news it must be true. Well that's crap. Anyone who's ever seen him as a Dr. knows that he is a compassionate man who wants nothing more then to help his patients. And he unlike most of the Dr.'s out there realizes that people in this world have real pain, and what kind of a Dr. helps patients with that. A good Dr. Shame on the patients who abused his caring nature, Shame on the people who without knowing the facts judge him. You could only be so lucky to have him as your Dr. We proudly call him our Dr. And we proudly call him friend.

Um, okay...I was a "patient" of Dr. Yusims for quite some time. He was one of my main suppliers back in my day. I always knew he wasn't straight up. All those on here wanting to promote him as a saint, well....what kind of decent, caring, upstanding man has loaded guns, tons of cash, thousands upon thousands of pills, 1/2 pound of pot, all sorts of pipes and paraphanelia?? Doesn't sound like someone that has been so horribly taken advantage of....sounds like the exact type of person I thought he was. I don't wish him anything but luck with his sentencing, I am almost 100 percent sure he is a user himself, so I hope he gets the help he needs....going to be alot of people cringing here pretty soon since they can't get their dope anymore.....Addiction is a horrible thing and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Sad, sad, sad......

Dr. Yusim has been my doctor for about a year now. He has treated my wife and I as professional and courteous as any other Doctor we have even had.
He has been a good person and caring individual.
Innocent until proven guilty!

Dr. Yusim has been my doctor for about 12 years and he saved my life. All of the doctors that he referred me to addressed the problem with specialty attached to their title. If anything, he always questioned me about my situation before throwing anything my way. He use to even give me talks about my problems and referrals came from that.. I have never just received anything from him without his professional medical theory. I pray that God be in control of this and his family. I am not judging a man that has shown patience and understanding and has taken personal care of me for so long. I truly think that if you want get someone for anything you can and I pray that God puts his angels around him and his family. I would becareful of judging without full councel when it comes to Dr. Yusim...

Hey (Ex) pillpopper I am looking at this realistically, It's bias jerks like you who
claim your addiction and then act like a hypocrite, You call him a supplier, yet you went to him as a patient and he helped you!!!
You becoming an addict is your own doing. He did not force them down your throat, yes he might have kept giving whatever to you but your the one who kept coming back and asking for more. And unfortunately because he understands pain he was there for you! Again you are a hypocrite when he was helping you he was a great Dr but now that your a EX pillpopper he's a bad person Ya like I said HYPOCRITE. Ok now about the guns ~ how many people own guns ~ are you a criminal just cause you own guns ??? Just because he's a Dr. he's not suppose to own guns, come on. So what he liked guns ~ alot of people do !!!!!!! He IS a good man & He IS a good Dr.

Dr. Yusim was my Family Physician for 12+ years. It is so sad that some people love to watch others falter, and forced to their knees. If we were only all without fault. I can only say that at a Medical Professional I never met a physician that was more caring and compass-ionate than Dr. Yusim. He makes no more money if he prescribes a narcotic to you, but if he thought you required one, and you requested something for pain, he was not paranoid to prescribe it to you. He did not just give you a Tylenol. He followed his patients closely, and let you know when it was time to wean off of the narcotic. He was that way, caring, and didn't want you going through withdrawal. He is a good man and M.D., and I hope we see him back. I too agree the other M.D. who left Qualitycare at the same time as the D.E.A. investigation started, cannot be overlooked, or called a coincidence. Bad blood was there and out it flowed.....

Dragon girl -

Well, first off, just to clear the air a bit. I take full responsibility for my actions concerning my addiction, and I agree with you that I was going to him with a legitimate condition at the time. What I was simply trying to point out is this....It takes a drug addict to know a drug addict. I knew by taking the medication in the amounts that were given to me could possibly make me addicted. And yes, once I was into my addiction, it was clear that Dr. Yusim not only was aware, but he readily kept writing for more and more. What is your answer to the fact that there were 7 undercover agents aquiring pills without any medical reason?? Does that sound like a fine, upstanding and moral doctor?? Did you see the picture of what they found in his house?? Those are not the items a respected and moral Dr. would keep around. He obviously smokes a great deal of pot, there was a nitrous popper, and thousands of opiates and benzos. I wasn't even talking about he guns, but that also is a sign of a drug dealer. So, how is it that I am judging?? It is so simple...clean, sober, upstanding citizens do not have these types of things in there house for any reason. All I was trying to say here, is that he obviously had alot of people snowed as far as his integrity. I cannot comment on how good of a Dr. he ws, because there are no facts to show otherwise. But the facts we do have, do not paint a pretty picture. Oh, and one thing I have learned in recovery, is to not name call ie "jerks like you", and I definitely do not state my opinion based on rumors, I know what I know, I saw what I saw, and I am telling you that this man was not the saint he is thought to be by people that have not been exposed to the underbelly of society. I am dying to hear you explain away the facts of this story and please explain how such a moral, upstanding Dr. could be "judged" unfairly?

Let us not be judgmental...Dr.Yusim has been my mother's doctor for many years. She is completely satisfied with the care given to her throughout these years. If the doctor committed the crime, let us pray for him so he will see the light. If he is found innocent, still pray for him because his reputation is now ruined and it will be difficult for him to get back the trust of patients. If God is quick in judgment as we are mere mortals, I'm pretty sure we will be all burning in hell when we die!!!

I have worked with Dr. Yusim in the past. Not only was his prescription writing out of hand, and every one knew it, he himself was in use of such items. The quality of the care that he provided was never in question here. Hes not being charged with medical malpractice or neglect!Hes in trouble for unlawful issuing of prescriptions. Your above arguments about him being a good guy dont even make sense in relation to the charges.
Just because someone is nice and has a good heart dosent mean they dont do bad things.
He is wrong for being in posession of these items and wrongfully writing prescriptions.
He tarnished his own name and needs to take responsibility for that.

I have also been a patients of Dr. Yusims for 12 years now as well as several members of my family..I myself have been on some of these narcotics listed but that has developed over almost 20 years of a serious spinal disorder..he has always monitored my meds, how many i took, how often i came in for them, checked my arms for track marks, my septum for signs of possible sniffing, and my lungs on a regular basis to make sure i was doing well and not abusing..he did not just hand me anything i wanted..we have tried alternate drugs and the advice of pain management doctors..at least i found a doctor who cared and saved me..as I am doin great cuz of him..I only wish i were there or could do something to help him..n,cmon people when any person in the medical field has access to the "drug cabinet", dont think for a moment your doctor hasnt been into it..oh, and do you really think the D.E.A., F.B.I.,and local police really burn or flush what they recover?? ask your government where it really goes, you will be suprised..n anyone who overtakes their prescibed amt. of meds is their own fault not the doctors..God Bless Dr.Y..we know this is all completely revenge based on bad blood in the office...ive been there and witnessed it..We are on your side...remember, only god can judge you!

I'm not sure how Dr Yusim can be innocent until proven guilty. They found pot in his house. And loads of prescription meds. Doesn't look so innocent.

Well, as I see it, and also as a patient of his, almost all of the posts are correct. A good and caring MD but. . . By the way, not all of his patients went to him to get pills.
