Deputies Investigate Attack As Possible Hate Crime

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is investigating a possible hate crime following a party Saturday night in the East County.

This is funny. I was actually AT THE PARTY and watched everything that happened. There were approximately 20-25 of these black kids. They showed up, started drinking alcohol (as were all the rest of the party), eventually of them hit a girl which provoked the racial slurs. They started fighting with people in the house. Then as they left, they were screaming about coming back and shooting everyone at the house. They were yelling out "blood" this, "blood" that. Obviously these punks were gang bangers lookin for trouble, and they got what they deserved. Now they can't handle what they got so they are crying out to the news and police. I wonder why they dont tell the full story? I predict this investigation will come to a quick end once the police or sheriffs hear the 60+ statements pointing out what the 'african americans' did to provoke what happened.

My question is if you were at the party and you saw the whole thing why didnt you stop it, are you an adult and if knowing these boys were under age why did you did not say something, and if you saw the girl get hit why didnt try to protect her. These boys are not punks. These boys are not gang bangers if these boys were gang bangers you actually think that house will still be standing as of today. give me a break if you were a witness why dont you tell the truth and stop tryin to protect whoever did this. Be a MAN or WOMAN and tell the truth. Trust me its easier to tell the truth, than trying to keep a lie going.

they did not tell the full story, i was there as well.. if you 'detroitswoman' were there you would have been trying to get out of there just like everyone else [unless YOURE the one trying to protect someone].. these boys were from monte vista high school and did start it. when a house is completely packed with people, so many that you can barely get down the hall way to get to the bathroom its a bit hard to protect someone who alreay had people doing it for her. the owner of the house told them to leave after the incedent with the female, they refused to leave and started fighting about it. they finally left the house swearing, using racial slurs, and making threats about coming back with guns. everyone started to pannic as they went down the dirt road and got in their cars, instead of driving AWAY from the party, which they should have done, they drove TOWARDS it. as i heard people start screaming and loud bashes[other peoples cars being hit with objects] i looked down the road, cloud of dust, they were coming full speed towards about 50 people in the road. they turned around and sped back down the road losing control and flying off the road into that ditch, as soon as the car stopped they were out running and over the fence, these guys were dressesd 'thuggish' bandannas doo rags and baggy pants, as one of the males go caught up on the barbwire. their car was not touched [and they were not in it at the time] until everyone else found out their cars were smashed. this honestly was the biggest crock of shit that i have ever seen. im sorry but these kids need to learn something about respect. you go to a party the owner askes you to leave, you leave, you dont do what these guys did. i was honestly scared for my life that night. if you dont believe this then youre naieve.

Ok blonde you are full of crap, lets back track on what you just said in your comment. You said the boys(african-americans)was wearing bandanas(which did spell right)and do rags, the baggy pants I believe cause all the boys these days were baggy pants. So you know how packed, from my understanding, the way the road was set up. you had to drive back towards the house turn around to get back to the main road. If you were their how you did not call for help if one of the so called boys scream we are coming back for our guns. MY POINT WHY DIDNT YOU JUST CALL FOR HELP IN THE FIRST PLACE. I know these boys for them to be making racial slurs wearing gang colors is even part of their agenda. And if your wear there how come you did come forth with your statement to the District Attorney, I believe you are full of crap, I am not trying to protect no one I am trying to help someone.

OK detroitswoman, just what do you suppose would have happened if the tables were turned here. For example, lets say a group of "white kids" show up at a party in Logan Heights, and started causing trouble. Do you think they would even get out of there alive? What would their reason be for even going there to begin with? Imho the parents of the Monte Vista boys are at fault for failing to teach their kids a little common sense and street smarts, and BTW, I wonder if these parents even had a clue what their kids were up to. Welcome to the real world.

detroits woman, dont you talk about my misspelled WORD when your grammar and spelling is ten times worse than mine. im not trying to protect or help anyone, im trying to get the story out. if the road was that crowded why was i, and many others, able to turn around where we were; no problems.. you shouldnt be driving if you cant perform a simple maneuver such as that. i did not call for help because it just so happens my cell phone doesnt get service that far out in jamul, what was i to do? scream and yell and cause more chaos? right.. oh, baggy pants havent been "in" for a while. if you know anything about anything you would know that it isnt easy to skateboard, ride bikes or motorcycles in baggy pants, thugs wear baggy pants, kids who steal wear baggy pants. i dont know if its just me but i dont go to parties that are "out of my league" or in a neighborhood i dont belong in. the district attorney doesnt need to see me because, honestly, my statement wont matter. they just didnt think it was fair to get kicked out for causing problems, they couldnt leave peacefully like a normal person would. you should also probably look up some crime statistics for jamul vs spring valley/lemon grove areas and see what pops up.
