Bills target California prisons' inspector general
California state senators who are upset with the prison system's inspector general are proposing to do away with the watchdog office, splitting its duties in a way they say will improve investigators' efficiency and independence.

The bill is one thing, enforcement of that bill is another. This is just another feel good legislation that wil attract the vote!

Get Rid of the shrinks at a quarter Million a year to tell you that somebody is nuts it is too much money.
To pay some one that on the outside if not working for the
"California State Department of Corrrections".
They would be a day laborer outside of a Home Depot
