The punk will be known as "boned wolf" for the next 87 months. He may even learn to like it.

And here is a letter from his mother.

Excerpt:
"Walter Bond is my son. He is a Prisoner Of War for his defense of the Animal Nations. He has been reviled by the press and by those who do not wish to have their consciences tampered with, thereby allowing them to continue to accept the blindness society needs in order for the machine to continue to grind along."

87 months is a light sentence for this scummy terrorist. Bond is not a prisoner of war, he is a common criminal. If the ARAs continue their terrorist agenda the trials will become shorter and the sentences will become longer. This is not a "war" it's law and order. In war you don't get a trial, you just get shot. You can try to sugar coat a turd but it's still a turd after all.

Mrs. McVeigh could say the same of her son Timothy. It doesn't negate the fact of the crimes committed.

Good. Sorry the sentence isn't longer. This guy is a creep and violent.

The mother hasn't a brain IMHO. Her emotionally-charged rant was nauseating. It wasn't about her son--it was more political posturing. Animal Nations? WTH is THAT?

We are a society based on the rule of law.

Arson is a felony and Walter is a lawless felon.

He got what he had coming.

Perfectly said! Thank you for posting.

The only problem I see, is that in 87+/- months he'll be out and since he's obviously ignornant (my opinion) he'll be right back to doing this crap. Certain people cannot become good decent members of society. If he cannot see the error in his ways and actions, he will commit these types of crimes again.

On a positive note, since the majority of people who have dealt with him realize he's a lunatic, then he'll be on several watchlists when he gets released. Whooo Hoooo

He was "unrepentant" before the judge so there is little doubt that he will be a repeat offender. How firm are his beliefs if he offered to pay restitution? He intended to inflict economic and physical damage on his targets but when caught and charged he offers to pay them back? Go figure.........

I wonder, is there a "three time loser" law for domestic terrorism?
If so, this guy can't get his next two charges fast enough.

Wait till they get wind of the ever growing number of animal rights activists involved with Occupy Wall St---the message is being heard and sensible people are making the full connection. This next decade is going to bring more victories for the Animal Rights movement than any decade before.
Modified the above comment for simplicity purposes...
1.) Brainwashed -- that is absolutely hilarious! You think we are brainwashed. OMG...you really are a lunatic aren't you. You, my dear, are the one who is brainwashed. Normal, sane humans do not believe that TERRORISM is a "good" thing (simple words for simple minds like yours). ARA's use brainwashing as a tactic every day.
2.) Occupy Walstreet is full of Animal Rights Activists. This again is hilarious. Honey- Occupy WallStreet is not about your deluded "cause".
3.) The next decade -- Hahahahahaha -- If you mean the next generation, then again you are being just plain ridiculous. The next generation has all of the resources they need at their fingertips. Sane, normal teenagers, early twenties kids will see the truth. They are living in a time of war brought on by an Terrorist act. They will realize that that violence solves NOTHING. They will see that acts of TERRORISM result in prison or worse. Intelligent Sane Normal teenagers and twenty somethings will not be swayed by idiots like yourself.
Tis'True!!

People like the "lone wolf" will be a distant memory when the teenagers of today are grown. They will see that actions like his are not the answer.

Just my 2 cents. I have faith in our youth.

No problem. This man is an individual who was fighting for what he believes in, he's not some boogeyman terrorist. The conservatives on this site are quite amped up about it though. lol. He has support, and probably wont serve three years.

Idiot! Had to reply to this stupid comment. Timothy McVeigh killed children. Walter Bond didn't kill, or hurt anyone. Who have you killed/murdered? The bible says "though shall not KILL" it says nothing about murder. Now tell me why the definition of murder only applies to humans again? Remember our long debate about murder? Yeah, dumbass, you're the MURDERER.

This man is a common criminal who destroyed the property of others and endangered the lives of his fellow humans (our fireman heroes love being put in jeopardy over some idiots beliefs.....not) by committing a TERRORIST CRIME. Support? How much is PeTA going to shell out this time? Only an amoral, criminally insane moron would support scum like Bond.

Walter Bond could have easily caused the death of a fireman or other emergency personnel responding to his insane handy work. Just because Wally "The Lone Wolf Turd" Bond LUCKED OUT and didn't kill anyone doesn't meant there is much difference at all between him and Timothy McVeigh. The ONLY difference is is a small matter of degree which is why we executed McVeigh and only gave Bond time, otherwise it's all EXACTLY THE SAME. The fact that you don't see this isn't surprising considering your criminal, anti-human mentality. You're the simpleminded dumbass with the criminal heroes, not me. Bond is a scummy, lunatic POS and he's right where he belongs..........behind bars. Get real will ya????? There is NOTHING glorious about TERRORIST CRIMES. When this scum learns that you have pets he might firebomb your house. Wouldn't that be a hoot!

Walter Bond will be known as a HERO, a prisoner of war, and as someone who stood up for a noble and worthy cause. Scum like you will rot away and no one will care.'tis true! Now run along and whine about being addressed as you deserve, you pathetic no life loser troll!
*Sigh* you are so boring. Your vocabulary is so limited. Is it because you don't understand big words that you don't respond with intelligent "comebacks"?

1.) "Regurgitate" trash - honey I didn't regurgitate anything. Read it again. So sad you can't see this. Pity Pity (oh, who told you how to spell regurgitate? good job, is that one of your "day of the week" words??)
2.) Walter Bond will be known as a Hero - now that's funny right there. Out of the millions & millions of people in the US alone, about .013 percent will consider him a hero. The rest of us, you know the sane intelligent ones, will see him for the Terrorist he is.

Now, go take your meds, its after lunch time in Va Beach.
