Animal activist 'Lone Wolf' sentenced for arson charges

An animal-rights activist known as "Lone Wolf" who admitted to setting fire to the Tandy Leather Factory and Tiburon Fine Dining restaurant in Salt Lake County spoke up in U.S. District Court on Thursday - but not to apologize for causing thousands of dollars in damages to the businesses he burned down in 2010.

87 months is a light sentence for this scummy terrorist. Bond is not a prisoner of war, he is a common criminal. If the ARAs continue their terrorist agenda the trials will become shorter and the sentences will become longer. This is not a "war" it's law and order. The only problem I see, is that in 87+/- months he'll be out and since he's obviously ignornant (my opinion) he'll be right back to doing this crap. Certain people cannot become good decent members of society. If he cannot see the error in his ways and actions, he will commit these types of crimes again.

On a positive note, since the majority of people who have dealt with him realize he's a lunatic, then he'll be on several watchlists when he gets released. Whooo Hoooo

He was "unrepentant" before the judge so there is little doubt that he will be a repeat offender. How firm are his beliefs if he offered to pay restitution? He intended to inflict economic and physical damage on his targets but when caught and charged he offers to pay them back? Go figure.........

I wonder, is there a "three time loser" law for domestic terrorism?
If so, this guy can't get his next two charges fast enough.

Walter Bond could have easily caused the death of a fireman or other emergency personnel responding to his insane handy work. Just because Wally "The Lone Wolf Turd" Bond LUCKED OUT and didn't kill anyone doesn't meant there is much difference at all between him and Timothy McVeigh. The ONLY difference is is a small matter of degree which is why we executed McVeigh and only gave Bond time, otherwise it's all EXACTLY THE SAME.
