That's real nice- now they are trying to paint her as a bad person. Well, if he was so worried about her, why is she dead too? While my heart goes out to the Furtado and Carrigan famlies and their friends, I feel sorry for Carillo-Garcia's parents too- they raised a coward. I bet they are proud.

It is SO easy for the defendant to say 'they had sexual relations including that day'. When? While they were at work? She isn't here to defend herself and he can say whatever he wants. Hopefully the jury won't believe him. Guilty as charged.

What a bunch of BS. The slimeball has changed his story so many times. How convienient that the knife was laying on the coffe table. If he was so concerned about Jenny, why did he kill her, then have sex with her afterwards. I doubt if Jenny invited him over that night, knowing that Steven was going to be there. Sounds like his attorney has been doing a good coaching job. FRY THE SLIMEBALL. RIP Jenny, Steven, and Billy.

That doesn't mean it isn't so. Their expert opinion hinges on which side is paying them.

this was sooo premeditated! that punk knew exactly what he was doing. I am so sick of people and their slimeball lawyers claiming some lame mental illness made them do it!! i think this low life should be charged with 3 counts of murder because Billy would still be alive if his sister and her boyfriend weren't slaughtered by this scum of the earth!!!!

You got it right. Read in the Chester Progressive the DA was NOT seeking the death penalty. Maybe he can get shanked in prison.

"But Sokolov said, in his opinion, Carrillo-Garcia suffered from acute stress disorder at the time the slayings occurred. He said the disorder was triggered when the defendant was inside the victim's house and saw Carrigan and Furtado. "

Yeah, I thought that was called JEALOUSY. And it doesn't give you the right (or an excuse) to kill two people.

The rest of his "story" sounds like total BS, to add insult to injury of the victims families by making it seem as though Carrigan sort of "set this up" and "wanted a confrontation".

Total BS, I hope this guy gets put away for life and gets his azz ridden every night.

I hate these quacks who think they know everything. Was Dr Gregory Sokolov at the scene of the crime when this dirty we-back murdered these two teens?

Bottom line...he killed 2 people.. who gives a rip if he was "insane" at the time?? Apparently he is not "insane" now because he is contributing to his trial. Give him half an hour to say goodby to his relatives, and then execute him publically.. Eye for an eye...

Has he revealed why not? It seems from what I've heard and seen that Cunan would have to be aware of his own limitations in trying a case like this. Maybe the appeals process is more stringent for death penalty cases so a verdict has a better chance of surviving an appeal if he doesn't go the death route. I just feel for the famiilies who are having to have their childrens' stories mangled by a defense attorney. A good prosecutor would never let this happen!

In reading yesterday's paper where the reported killer stated he had sex with this poor young lady EVERY DAY that week? And behind the store. BS!!!!! He's making her out to be a nymfo and she isn't here to defend that statement. Shame on that pschologist for even suggesting that this guy needs psychiatric care. BZZZZZ goes the electric chair.

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Sagittarius

It's difficult to keep your mind on what you're doing today because it keeps wandering off in all directions. There won't be much you can do about this except to be aware of it, and preferably to postpone doing anything very complicated or important until you're less distracted and absent-minded. Unfortunately, you won't get very far with it at the moment.
