I used to work at that restraunt. This was MANY years before I had my son. I didn't like working there but I really hated to see the mistake that happened and see them close down for so long. I can't help but wonder what would've happened if I'd still been working there at the time, and have to go home and tell my son mommy can't provide for him because of someone elses carelessness at work. Let's think about the people there who have families to support. Think about ALL those who were affected in some way or another with what happened. And think about the family of the lady who died.

Hopefully they learned their lesson on hiring illegal workers. Wonder if it was worth saving a few dollars and having Mexicans unfamiliar with sanitation practices close you down?
