Man charged in attempted sexual assault at Rowan library

Authorities charged and arrested a China Grove man on Thursday in the attempted sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl earlier this week in the South Rowan branch of the Rowan County Library.

Why do we need to spend more money on people like this? Depending on where, it costs $30k to $50k per year to warehouse these individuals. They are never rehabilitated, they will always be a danger to our children. Remove the threat, permanently.
