Bump! Good to see how the law director lied either in this one or the 1st one where she says she watched the video. This article she says she hadn't seen it.

Yes, once again she is stumbling her words. I honestly think she doesn't have a clue what to do or say. She obviously wants nothing to do with "doing her job". It is time for her to resign.

That's what have been saying all along, if people in higher positions of authority aren't held accountable how and why expect others to be. it's like do what I say not what I do, hypocritical, great way to lead by example.

Just can't leave it alone can ya. For someone who came off as being such a good person, you're just a big ol Shit-stirrer. Since you're such good friends with the Mitchell family, I would think you would already know what ya needed.

NO I wont leave it alone and you should be ashamed of yourself for even asking me that. I am a good person and I am sorry you think wondering about a injustice is being a shit stirrer then you have some serious issues. I hate to tell ya but this isn't going to go away so get over it and face the fact of what has happened, I cant help it if the truth of a mans actions disturbs you, and it should. But by burying your head in the sand isn't going to detract from the fact that excessive force was used and if I knew what was going on I wouldn't have asked, now keep running your jibs and I will bump this up every damn day.

At least she's worried about enough to ask. Most people just forget about this crap and then it gets swept under the rug! I'm glad she bumped it back to the top.:)

You are right I am concerned and its forgotten about or made less than what it is. I don't understand the apathy and dis interest the citizens of Chillicothe are taking when it comes to the accountability of those in authority. What about the girl who was shot in the head and killed, what's going on with that case?. Also was the officer who ran over that elderly woman in the cross walk?, was she cited or reprimanded?. You people are paying their salaries and are ok with your employee's behaviors. Don't you want employee's that actually do the job they are paid to do without ending up in the national news every week.

The state attorney's office needs to look into the lack of responsibility and carelessness of the law director. What is she getting paid for again?

Story is most certainly not over considering he was handcuffed and wasn't resisting. Leave it lay, not going to happen chuckles. Watch the video, your officer did some shit talking his own self. Way to rise above with employee's like the one's your supporting no wonder your town reeks of corruption. I would love to hear you say he got what he needed if it happened to you or someone you know and love.

This is something that happened that most people want to sweep under the rug and forget about. Like the woman Krystal Barrows and the elderly woman ran over in the cross walk. I guess its easier to pretend things like this don't happen or the actions were justified, really don't understand that kind of mindset, guess I am not a coward tho, takes a real special man to body slam a handcuffed man who wasn't resisting to the ground and have a flock of sheep say oh its ok the guy deserved it for running his mouth, bunch of damn cowards.

i doubt it. Any money he receives will likely go up his nose, into his veins or down his gullet. Anything left will be used to paint the trailer and perhaps invest in a big screen tv. Typical trash.

And you are sure of this how?., Also whatever he does thank your fearless leaders for showing their employee's how to get a job done without the least bit of effort or accountability. However way you slice it tax paying citizens are going to take the hit because the apathy and cowardness of not holding them accountable.

If you were there and saw the guy not resisting how come you didn't step in and stop him from getting slammed? The only way you can know everything about everything like you do is if you are there. So it sounds like you are the guilty one for not taking action!

Were you there to see him not resisting? If so why don't you testify?
