Who is wanting to buy it?

I think it should be sold and get some retail stores in there. This town square needs to be revitalized, so maybe this is the answer.

Good luck. I will give any business opening there about three months before they fold up or go broke. I imagine it use to be a large liquor building perhaps we need to turn it into a liquor store or a saloon.

It would be a great place for a Gay Bar, maybe even a all male dance club. Springfield needs an all male BOOTY CLUB!
