I want to know why we are just now being told this is a problem...why didnt someone let the parents know that the buses are overcrowded so we would know that are children may be delayed getting son was delayed getting home& I called the school the school said they had no idea what was wrong to call bus shop & when I called the bus shop they said the school knew about the problem...It seems to me that they all work for the county so why dont they communicate with each other instead of giving you the run around. the school board is full of it if they say they didnt know about the problem because I called & spoke to someone there myself I asked for superintendant & was told he was unavailable I told the woman on the phone what was going on & she told me to call bus shop & speak to the man in charge (she gave a name but it has slipped my mind)

This is not a new situation for Robertson County. I remember as a child having to stand up becasue there was no seating left on the bus. I was in the 3rd grade and the ride was almost a full hour. I watch the busses in front of the middle school and often is the occassion I see children standing because the bus is past the approved number of riders. This has been an issue for Robertson County for many many years!!! With the highest wheel tax in Tennessee you would think that they could approve money for the overcrowding. No, they would rather waste the money. I know a lot of people in the Robertson County "MAFIA" and they are very blatant about their lavish lifestyles on OUR DIME! Time to vote these old bastards out and get some new life in here.

We got new golf carts! Maybe they can use those to take kids home.
