IF WHAT I READ IN THE PAPER IS TRUE?? YOU NEVER KNOW WITH THE P.E.!!! I THANK THE OFFICER MAY HAVE USED EXCESSIVE FORCE ... BECAUSE THERE IS DASH VIDEO AND THE PEPPER SPRAY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE USED FROM FURTHER AWAY .... IF THAT'S THE CASE THEN HE NEEDS TO PAY FOR HIS CRIMES JUST LIKE THE REST OF US !!!! AND YES I KNOW THE POLICE HAVE A TOUGH JOB (THAT'S WHY THEY ARE VERY WELL PAID).....THX..

Well paid? No they're not! Lol you are ignorant. I'm not sure what "well paid" is to you, they are extremely underpaid for all they do.

Dude, every article clearly states that that type of weapon is supposed to be used from 15 feet away and he put it in her face. She is a chick and was unarmed. There is no doubt that you are truly an idiot. Pleading victim? She's blind from misuse of the cop's weapon. Of course. You are very truly a bleeding tampon.

A chick? Who cares, you want to act like an idiot, you'll be treated like one. It's a shame our tax money even went to investigating this. What's even more worse is that the least he did was take her vision away. The ignorant woman could've gotten worse.

It seems this product should not be used at all. A product that if not placed the right distance from a person's eyes it will BLIND them? That's crazy..

Ok, the girl was drunk. She was un armed, she wasn't a dangerous person...i think. She look slike she can be something else. But anyways, this is what happens when an officer caries all these new gadgets on them. Its best to stick with the old fashion pepper spray, baton and the gun. This is getting out of hand with these toys. The girl was drunk.........

All of you are crazy! The woman was intoxicated and putting others at risk. She's lucky that the least she got was sprayed! She could be six feet under! What's worse, is she could have put innocent people in harms way! Don't defend this bitch! If she would've hurt one of your own, you opinion would be different. She needs to drop her drama and move on!

NONE OF US HAVE ALL THE FACTS .. IF THE GIRL HAD A WEAPON THEN THE OFFICER SHOULD USE ANY FORCE TO DEFEND HIM SELF .. IF SHE DID NOT THEN I FEEL HE USED EXCESSIVE FORCE AND NEEDS TO PAY FOR HIS CRIME....
