Why am I NOT surprised to see Emperor Iddo's name involved in THIS controversy?

Doesn't he have RECENT plans to establish a medical office corridor along Nason, in competition with the EARLIER conceived medical complex projects by March ARB?

When Nason gets extended south from Cactus to Iris it will go thru his failed Aqua Bella development. I'm sure there will me more "issues" again.

A similar situation in Bullhead, AZ

Casino & land entrepreneur Don Luaghlin reportedly had 100's of land locked, worthless, crap desert. He 'donated' land that the city built and developed a fine by-pass highway from one end of the town to the other. This city paid road opened up LOTS of vacant desert to housing development.

What had previously been worthless land suddenly soared in value. Laughlin is a crafty businessman.
