More than 70 dogs seized from W.Va. owner

Lewis County sheriff's deputies seized more than 70 dogs from a woman's home because of unsanitary living conditions.

This woman should be charged and tried in an open court of law. This is animal cruelty at least. Any person who would do this to animals has no consience and should be stopped from ever having animals again
