How in the world does a 21 yr old college student wind up in the passenger side of a burning vehicle, parked in front of a Liquor store at 6AM?

Accidental.

Hmmmm.

Guess the mind of justice is closed on this one.

Why you got to be such a d*** and criticze him?

Who is criticizing him?

I just think there is more to the story.

21 yr old, in the passenger seat, in front of a liquor store, at 6 am, the care in flames.

Yet it is immediately ruled as accidental.

How did the car catch fire?

Why was he in the car, in front of the liquor store at 6 am?

Why was he in the passenger seat?

Was he passed out drunk and someone left him there?

Who?

Was the car running and finally burst into flames?

A young man died under suspicious circumstances.

I am curious.

He made a few bad decisions and it cost him his life...

He was courteous enough to take a young lady home, and then once he dropped her off he decided he was too intoxicated to continue driving so he stopped off at the closest parking lot he saw...it just happened to be a parking lot that had a liquor store in it. He decided to sleep it off until it was safe for him to drive again, but he accidentally left the car on.

Don't judge the man for trying to be a gentleman, he was someone that went way before it was his time.

Unless you were WITH him, you really don't know his end of life decision process.

Should have been a gentlemen and called a cab.

Too bad, very sad.

God bless his family.

RIP.

Pretty sad. I agree with Curious on this. Ruling it accidental from the beginning shouldn't have been done.

Maybe he was in the passenger seat because he was too drunk to drive, tired, coming home from a party that lasted forever, etc....parked, moved to the passenger seat to avoid a dui, and slept.

Strange how the car caught fire. Cigarette inside maybe? cigar? etc...i'm a mechanic and i've never seen a car just catch on fire while running. It would have to be very bad luck for this to happen. Fuel leak and a electrical problem at once.

Was there any leads on how the fire started or where in the car it started? Any foul play?

take care, kuch

I agree, noone critisizes him. If anything
doesn't it sound odd to sleep in the passenger seat? Does not make sense. If you are tired, had to much you just stay where you at and lay the seat back. Not crawl over to the other side or get out and walk around the car.
It just does not sound right.
And it seems rather that it was the easiest
for the officials to rule it that to avoid paperwork and more work for them.
Geesh he is a college student.
What they did was proper profiling procedure.

College Student = alcohol= you get the point

May he rest in peace.

What a horrible way to go.
