quit arresting people that love and nurture plants.these plants provide a peaceful easy feeling unlike other drugs.let disabled people grow small plots for a sense of self worth.spread love at home not to non Americans that hate us.dems are taking payoffs to keep the border open.tax cartels product at the border.any arguement shoot'em and find someone more agreeable.we have the strongest military and our leaders wear panties.a multi billion dollars industry.plenty to go to everyone.

I'm glad they found an illegal, but I just can't get myself to be all "woo-hoo" over the confiscation of an herb. It's ridiculous. Cigarettes are more harmful, but sold legally. It just doesn't make any sense to me. But...whatever.

Bring them to trial and convict them. Send them back to Mexico to serve their sentences or to Arizona where they know how to handle these types.

All of this tax money wasted to seize something that should be legal. Tobacco & Alcohol kill SUBSTANTIALLY more every year. The governments could be making loads of money on the tax just like they do with Tobacco & Alcohol. California will soon legalize it to stop bleeding red ink, I hope other states will follow. If we legalized it, the black market for this would go away. Time to grow up America.

Not really , we don't make enough money to keep the ABC from the proposed chopping block; and the salient point here is that presently it IS illegal. You want it legal write to your delegate. And for all the people howling about how benign marijuana is, there are others howling about second hand smoke from TOBACCO. plain tobacco - so where do you think you'll be able to smoke POT if you can't even light up a cigarette in public? Tobacco is nearly illegal now - followed by sugar, transfat, butter, and high fructose corn syrup.
Finally, DUI will STILL be illegal. Won't want to be the first guy toked up on his weed who kills a vacationing family on the highway.
