Two Staten Island teenagers were indicted for, among other charges, second-degree manslaughter after allegedly participating in a high-speed drag race that killed a 17-year-old girl in July.

More people lost to an activity that should have stayed on the track. We need more options. Very few people care enough to make a change in an effort to save lives. I e-mail RASR and they never e-mailed me back. The only anti street racing organization left is Evo Street Racers, had it not been for them I would have thought street racing was isolated to just our community.
