Jail to turn away Bledsoe Co. inmates

It sounds to me like someone in the City, and County governments needs to get up off of their asses and get the new jail built. Instead of a bunch of in fighting about which lawyer represents Bledsoe County. Maybe if the state fined them for every day we are without a jail, say about $1000.00 Per day, I bet that would wake someones ass up, wouldn't it?
