Has anyone done some investigative reporting as to when this baby (he was a premie) had his last vaccine? Watch "Vaccine Nation" by Dr. Gary Null. Premies are especially vulnerable to having adverse reactions to the vaccines. The brain inflammation frequently gets mistaken for SMS - or shaken baby syndrome.

but tubby already confessed to throwing and shaking baby a number of times.

I AGREE W/"SAD" THIS WHOLE CASE IS SO SAD. BUT GET ALL THE FACT THE BABY WAS SICK FOR SERVERAL DAYS BEFORE THEN BETTER BUT NO ONE TOOK HIM TO THE DOCTOR. WAS THAT RIGHT! WE AS MOMS BELIEVE WE HAVE THE ANSWERS! MAYBE BABY THOMAS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO THE DOCTOR THE FIRST SIGN OF FEVER. IF THIS BIG MAN DID WHAT WAS SAD WOULDN'T THERE BE MOORE BROKEN PARTS.
