Tammy Mooney was my friend. If he didn't do it, I want the person/persons who did. Did he get the testing?

even with dna testing it proves nothing. what it tell us is if Ruebke's dna is on a particular piece of evidence. however that does not clear Ruebke..it is the belief of many that he was not the only one involved..it may incrimnate other parties.. this is not a case of rape where the suspects dna is left inside the victim..Ruebke was convited..even if the dna is not his it doesnt mean he will walk. he was convicted by a jury of his peers per the legal system not by the city of hutch..not that i have any love for the city or the failure known as HPD..if he has exhausted his appeals then he will need more than dna to clear his name. Right now he is a CONVICTED murderer..My heart and prayers are with the 3 young innocent victims whose lives were cut short and their families
Thank you for your prayers for the families the boys that were murdered in this are my cousins and I never got to meet them but from all the stories I have heard they were wonderful children(:

it says in the paper when he was convicted that his mother was holding his 2 month old daughter in her arms crying when she left the court room. i was born on the day they found the bodies and my mother is his cousin. and we all know the real story behind this.
DRUGS!!! Its was all set up to make it look like he did it. go a head give him the testing, what are you afraid of? that you have to actually look for a killer, but yet youd rather keep a innocent man away from his family and daughter that is my age now who she hasnt even seen and let the REAL killer go free! NICE JOB!!!!
Just to let you know he is the realer killer, the people that he killed was my family and we have all the stuff to prove that it was him that did it! Just Saying!

I know all the court systems everywhere work to the good of those they know and it is just so wrong! Real justice needs to be served here and the TRUTH needs to come out! There are so many individuals and families that are traumatized from this! They are hiding something and it needs to be figured out! Give the man the DNA test already!

Wow! An innocent man sitting behind bars because of what? Ignorant people who did not want to take the blame for themselves! So crazy! GOD knows who did this and they have or will suffer for it! Why was the DNA testing that was recently requested thrown out? Anyone know of any new information?

Sounds like the case of another hung jury out for blood, rather than looking for a mans inocents to be proven. But than again when has Hutchinson Ks. ever found any man in their courts that Way. to go to Court without A d&a test is like asking for trouble> Now we know why Kansas has a higher Prison Rate... Way to go Kansas people !!!
Actually, Kansas has a lower incarceration rate than the national average, including such liberal states as New York and California. Nice try though.

I knew Arnold which is to say I went to school with him and partied a little with him. The guy I knew then and some of the conversations in a room full of others you'd never figure him to even be able to murder someone let alone children. Having said that there was a situation that occurred at a home during an argument. Two young boys were involved to where in which APPARENTLY Arnold had grabbed one of the kids by the throat. Again no real witnesses were around. The argument was with a female while she was watching the two children. It is still hard for me to believe that Arnold could have done it, but the courts and jury of peers found him guilty. I hope he did receive the DNA test and sincerely hope the families have found a way to move on. Justice needs to be done if not done already.

This case is 32 years old. And still there are those who think Arnold Ruebke Jr. is as innocent as the virgin snow. Lets get one thing straight. Arnie killed those kids. And it wasn't over drugs. Arnie was a thief. He broke into the home looking for stuff to steal. Thinking no one was in the house he walked into the living room as was confronted by the babysitter. He persuaded Tammy Mooney to take a ride in his car. What you don't know is that there was DNA of Tammy AND the twins found in his car. Also, Ruebke shot of his mouth at a Barber shop in Kingman about the bodies being found and where they were found even though none of that information had been released! It was Ruebke's MOUTH that sealed his fate! I say good riddance to a BAD EGG!!!

Arnowhold Ruebke Jr. has a child he has never seen. Give him the DNA test. If he really did it everybody who helped convict him should be all for it....finally proving beyond a resonable doubt. What should they be afraid of? I was at the trial and I don't believe I could have convicted him on the "circumstantial" evidence that the prosecution provided. That doesn't mean he didn't do it. But the law states beyond a resonable doubt. Please, give him the DNA test so we can all know the truth. This is just as hard on his family as it is the victims. Everybody needs complete factual closure.
Who is this person michelle talking about? I lived in wichita until moving to the haven/burrton area in 1991. I remember the case very well, and thinking how horrible it all was. Other than that, I am definitely not the liz smith referred to. Or, I better not be. Good grief.

I know for a fact that Arnie wasn't the one who did it! And there was no way he was with you and your family or friends, because he was with me! I drove him home. He was with me all night until I dropped him off. But I can tell you who did do it! His Dad owned the Hutchinson News, Mr. Harris had ties to some very shady people. I stepped forward and mentioned some information and Tim Chambers called Mr Harris and wanted me to divulge all information. I requested an attorney, it was immediately swept under the rug. Look into Loren Harris, check his whereabouts, polygraph. Last I knew, he lived in Sylvia. Arnold is now in Oklahoma DOC. He was transferred after many death threats.
Yes the police swept a lot under the rug in this case. There are so many criminals in the Reno County legal system. Arnold was a petty thief, but he so innocent of this crime! The courts in Hutchinson while this was going on was the biggest joke in Kansas. So sad!

You cannot have any evidence to prove his guilt! There was no evidence and I was at the trial everyday. The evidence was all circumstantial. Randy Smith had been asked to help look for the kids on more than one occasion and did not. However he went out and found them on his own after the police had been looking for almost a week with no luck. Suspicious!!! Just Saying!!
