Youre an idiot. The out come would have been no different if the officer was alone, had a 2 year old, a 20 year old, or a 100 year old in the car with him. And its not like there are any hills through there. You can see plain as day all the way up to the next red light.THANK YOU, you seem to be hung-up on the teens BAC and condoning the actions of the police officer. An officer who was driving to a burglary call "with a minor on board" while driving 27mph OVER the speed limit and possibly faster. IT'S THIS SIMPLE, police officers should not have MINORS in their police vehicle while on ANY emergency call. The police tried to hide this info and have, more than likely, tampered with other evidence in this investigation.
Lets put the blame where it belongs. First the guy decided to drive while under the influence and then he decided to try and beat the police officer and cross the road instead of waiting.
Bad situation, but thats what happens when you make decisions while under the influence of alcohol and illegal drugs.
We could not place the blame on the guy under the influence of alcohol and illegal drugs and look for someone else to blame. Yea thats easier to do. Youre a JOKE and I hope you never need the corrupt law enforcement officers out there. Call a crackhead instead.
