Texas law on children seeing porn being challenged

Why challenge the law, that's what amendments are for. To clear up the wording. Any other actions would be an attack on parents rights.
Ammend the law with the statement, " showing pornogrpahy to minors is a crime" Wham, Bam, problem solved.
Rights will be lost due to political expediency.
