Why is the price of gasoline higher in Amarillo than in even the smaller towns close to Amarillo? Gas at 34th and Bell is higher than many stations within one mile (Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm). I don't understand why Post, Memphis, and most smaller towns can sell their gas cheaper than the big companies here in Amarillo. I think we should all be asking this "fleecing " question!

Brilliant idea. Capital punishment is barbaric, this just shows people who've forgotten that these are actual people with senses of humour preparing to be murdered by the state. It's not for the gov to decide who lives or dies, unless you're happy with supporting euthanasia, ethnic cleansing, political murders etc. They're what comes next after executions. Heil govoner of Texas!

I guess a heartless murderer who is going to
die soon can afford to laugh at his fate, I
guess that is more honest than shedding
crocodile tears ans repentance he doesn´t
really feel because he is probably one of
those natural born killers Oliver Stone
made a movie about...

My joke for him would be:(as the needle
goes in) Wow, this is a fix to die for...

Cheers,

Martin

If he's been in prison for 16 years I can understand wanting to go out with a little humor, because it's my guess that prison life really isn't very amusing. And Mr. Grim Reaper jokes are always funny in Hell.

Gallows humor is for the living, not the ones
going to the execution chamber.

How in the world did he get permission from the prison to get on line and www.mysapce.com

Patrick Knight got 16 years to think about this. It should never have gone past 5 years.

"He is set for execution on June 26 for the 1991 murders of an Amarillo couple found shot in the back of their heads in a field. "

"Death is my punishment, OK? So I've accepted that, and that's what's going to happen," Knight said."

He knows the execution is imminent. But it is very difficult for the prison officials that have to perform this legal obligation.

The joke will be on him.

I resent that, the devil is far more articulate than Bush.
