Maybe the police officers were too busy celebrating themselves. Seven arrests is not realistic,come on.

Don't people in Amarillo have any comments? Drunks will be drunks and will drive too. Seven arrests is for a small town. Seven drunks driving could represent only one holiday party. Perhaps one family of drunks. I also think the police officers were too busy celebrating themselves.
