Former House staffer gets 5 years for child pornography possession
Rory Allen Koch, 40, of St. Paul, a top staffer on a MN House of Representatives committee, was charged March 5, 2012 in Ramsey County District Court with 12 counts of possession of child pornography.

Another freak preying on children. Treat him like any other sexual deviant criminal and put him in a state prison where he belongs. No special considerations because of his title.
