St. Paul urges residents to go dark for an hour

Earth Hour is slated for 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 23, and the city is urging residents and businesses to join local government in turning off their lights for an hour in an effort to promote energy conservation.

Yeah sure.... so Xcel will have another argument for raising our rates, cuz we're conserving too much.
I'll do it when they declare a "dollar hour" and govt joins the rest of us ordinary folk in not wasting any money for an hour.
