There are 2 comments on the Patch.com story from May 18, 2012, titled Jury Begins Delibrating In Forester-Hoare Murder Trial. In it, Patch.com reports that:

In the early morning hours of April 4, 2011-the night Sean Forester-Hoare's knife sliced into Jonathan Kwiatkowski's throat-did Forester-Hoare act in self-defense or was he a ticking time bomb? A jury of three women and nine men are now deciding just that, as they try to reach a verdict in the trial for the 30-year-old Wind Point man, charged with ... (more)

This whole scene is awful. It was bad enough that one young man’s life was destroyed. Now, needlessly, a second young man’s life is destroyed. I do not feel the Kwiatkowski’s or the prosecution have been truthful throughout the process.

They constantly changed their story over what Forester-Hoare initially said at night. They claimed Forester-Hoare was drunk. That he slurred his words. Okay then. Where was the alcohol in the toxicology report? The Kwiatkowskis griped to the media over the defense attorney revisiting the scene of the incident. Even though the defense never set foot on Kwiatkowski property, they wanted to file a restraining order. Jonathon can clearly be heard, on his final phone call before his throat is cut, screaming,“NO! DAD! STOP!” If Forester-Hoare was on top of Tim Kwiatkowski, then why tell his father to stop? In an attempt to further mislead and hide the truth the Kwiatkowskis have had the 911 call removed from websites.

Finally, their jubilant celebration at Forester-Hoare’s conviction disgusts me and is totally barbaric. What if the Forester-Hoare’s celebrated as Jon Kwiatkowski is lowered into the ground and covered with dirt?

Hiding of evidence. Lying. Failure to be held accountable for their actions. Culpability in a death. Stay classy, Tim. Stay classy.

BigBearFan, a few facts for you from the trial...

Fact: Sean attacked Tim, hit him in the face and he fell to the ground.

Fact: Sean then attacked Tim’s wife and was beating her.

Fact: As Tim stated during the trial, he grabbed Sean off of his wife and hit him two times to keep Sean from further attacks on his family.

Fact: When the altercation was over, Sean then pulled a 9 inch knife and put it through Jonathan’s neck.

Fact: Sean’s last text message to his brother was the word KILL that night.

Fact: Toxicology reports say that Sean was smoking marijuana that night.

Fact: Unlike Bill Hoare, Tim was right is defending his family. Bill Hoare’s testimony that he lied to the police “as any father would do”(his words) is ridicules and I hope he will be held accountable for his illegal actions.

Fact: 12 jurors found Sean guilty.

Fact: You keep posting these same comments on any internet forum that you can find and it is hurtful to the Kwiatkowski’s and the hundreds of people that know and love Jonathan. You are a sick individual.

BigBearFan, do you really want to continue with your ridicules comments or should someone post the video of Sean’s interrogation on YouTube?
