to help get "criminals" off the street. For the people who take their cases to trial the rules of discovery permit the release of the the information that the snitch provided and a name. I come up with some of this information and decided to look up this snitch. Here are all of the charges that were dropped by the state on this one person:
Carrying Concealed Weapon
2 x Poss. of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
2 x dealing in Stolen Property
Strong Arm Robbery
3 x Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia
Intent to Sell Controlled Substance
Poss. of New/Legend Drug
Poss. of Schedule 1 Drug
Poss. of Marijuana
Trafficking in Phenethylamines (peyote, mescaline)
Poss. of Cannabis
3 x Unlawful Poss. of Controlled Substance
Poss. of LSD
Poss. w/Intent to Sell Cocaine
2 x DWLS/R
DUI Leaving Scene of Accident w/ Property Damage
This is the person that should be locked up. Instead this person does whatever they want because they can just snitch on someone else and be free.
