4th accident, but probably the 35th close call. I've seen at least 5 personally since the construction started. As a matter of fact, last week my kid and her friends were with me at the light when the gates came down. Not only was there a car stuck inside the warning area, the front bumper was literally 3 feet from the track AND there was a car transport vehicle next to me that had the gate come down on top of a racked car. Somehow the car managed to get across the track with seconds to spare. It was crazy. I thought for sure we were gonna see something get destroyed.

anybody who stops on the tracks deserved to get hit by a train. there are many signs, pavement markings, gates, lights and bells...what more do you need?

Even without all the warnings, a licensed driver should be smart enough to not stop on railroad tracks. If you are that stupid, you should be hit by a train
