I witnessed an accident on 8/29 at the 20 mile marker on Rt 68 East. I think it was an awful accident, it seemed like they went right over the mountain and I haven't been able to shake how horrible I feel for that person or family. Does anyone have any infomation about the accident or know how I can find out anything?
