County fairs, state fairs and casinos are all part of the modern American touring scene and that's why Foreigner is performing Tuesday night at the Preble County Fair in Eaton, Ohio.

When I purchased my tickets I knew they were "no refunds" but I never would of bought them if I thought the band would not perform. This isn't right!

If you had tickets for the Foreigner concert at the Preble Co. fair. To get a refund for your money, call the Ohio Attorney General let them know what ticket states rain or shine heres the number,# 1-800-282-0515 when you contact them they will tell you what to do so that we can get our money back. P.S. did you know how many tickets where sold at $22.00 a piece? Last figure from worker at fair said they sold over 3,000 tickets, thats $66,000.00 Did we fans make a few board members richer? where is our money? They act like were wrong to question them on where the money is. Any guestions post comment.

the public needs to file a class act suite and put the fair board in there place it's time they quite stilling from the public just look around the place looks like a dump where is all the money going or hows pockets is it in they need ron yount back it was a better fair then then the last two years what a joke the fair board is

as a preble county resident i heard that only 1400 tickets where sold why did the fairboard not buy rain insurance like the rest of the fairs do or where the fairboard even in columbus.ohio at the state fair meeting or at the bars what a joke they are if you have a ticket you need to get together and file a class act suite the are already broke according to the fairboard members

as to the reg.herald the pres.of the fair board said that he new of know insurance wow they use to buy it years ago according to one past fairboard member who is not being honest i belive that the same storyies or still going on they always cry we are broke but whos pockets are getting line when in the last year they could not even pass a budget report for serval months that the fig, could not match who is blowing smoke i think they should refund the money for the last too years the fairboard have done a terrible job what have they done NOTHING they should step down and turn it over to the commissioners or the preble county pork festival they have done way more then the fairboard have may be they should have a state aduit and just see where the money is or whos pockits it is in
