Man sentenced for attempted dogfighting
An Eaton man has been sentenced to serve three years of community control and 60 days in the Preble County jail after his August conviction of attempted dogfighting, a felony of the fifth-degree. Joseph Ray Jenkins, 39, can serve 200 hours of community service and the entire sentence will be suspended.

they should move out west and hide and do it.
But doesn't veggies have feelings too?
Cruelty to veggies should be a crime also.

Was he just fighting the dogs for his own entertainment? I would assume there were other people and their "pets" around. Or do I not understand the concept of dogfighting?
