Texas inmate set to die for killing 3 teens in '98

A former mechanic scheduled to die in Texas Wednesday evening for murdering his ex-girlfriend's brother and two other sleeping teenagers in 1999 was hoping the courts would intervene and delay his execution for a third time.

The decision to grant the stay in this case for the 3rd time is an example of insanity by the members of the US Supreme Court who voted for it. They should be reminded repeatedly of the phrase "cruel and unusual punishment." This time it applies to the families and friends of the victims and what they are doing to them. This is a slap in the face to them. Every member of the Court should apologize to each and every family member.
