Judge delays Shumate venue ruling
Sheriff Mike Shumate isn't going anywhere, at least not anytime soon. Prosecutors with the Texas Attorney General's Office filed a change of venue motion last week that was expected to be ruled on Tuesday. via Amarillo.com

Why should he be allowed a change of venue.Heck no!!!! He should stand trial in Amarillo unless he has had his defense pay off someone to let him off.
