The District Attorney, Randall Sims should have done more investagation on the matter before it was taken to court. To me it sounds like the District Attorney was attempting to make a name and reputation for himself just as Nifong attempted. From all the experences I and everyone I know have had with District Attorneys, is this a typical senario that they follow if so something neds to be changed how many people have been charged withthings they havent done?
