A man hurt in a rollover crash that killed his female passenger Sunday has been charged with criminally negligent homicide and driving under the influence of intoxicants, Polk County Sheriff Bob Wolfe said.

It's to bad Stewart was not killed in the wreck. I still don't understand what a nice gal like Casey was doing with a piece of garbage like Stewart. His driving record is at least 3 pages long! He almost killed himself in a DUII wreck in 98. What a terrible waste.
