So there are no charges against this person?? What does that say to everyone??...that just because your neighbors dog is "acting aggressively" we can just shoot them? What kind of person could do this? What kind of judge would rule no charges? What kind of justice is this?

This man should be arrested for animal cruelty! A state trooper yet...does he think he's above the law?
No right to do that

WTF???? So, if a neighborhood child is acting wild in my yard, I have a right to shoot??? And this is a State Trooper??? Supposed to be of higher caliber? Whatever...throw his lowly ass in jail where it belongs. Obviously can't control himself!!!!

I;m sorry, this is just another in the long list of police shooting dogs, 1, shot a 12 year old chihuahua because it"lunged" at him;2. police shot dog on side of highway and left for dead, there was a big cover up,but there were also witnesses, 3. police shot neighbors dog while playing with neighbors kids; 4. police shot dog in front of boy,who owned dog, dog was just lying in front of boy.5 police leaves two k-9 dogs in car to die, police leaves his own dog in yard and intentionally starves to death, while k9 was taken care of..oh and let's not forget the dog being starved to death, but no one could do anything about because owner of the dog was relative..
they don't arrest police or domestic violence, what makes anyone think some action is going to be taken against police..i mean, truly, a 12 yr old chihuahua "lunged" and the police feared for his life..oh yeah, one of the worst abuses, police stun a dog, and when he was down on the ground screaming and yelping, they stunned it again.
police are becoming vindictive, power hunrgry ...who need to be taken down a notch..they enforce the laws. not create them, they are also not above the law..when something is wrong, it's wrong..the investigation will just end up being justified, the cop gets to kill another dog, and nothing can make up for these families pain
