Dang, we didn't bid low enough on that contract to win it. Our profit margin was too high and I thought I paid off the right people to bring that baby home. That extra 5 million I allowed for bribes and graft just killed the whole thing. Double Dang!!!

It sure appears that our Gov Chet wants to keep jobs here is Iowa.
Just another dumb mistake to add to his list.
Let me understand, he spent how much on the 'I Jobs' Program.
What is Five (5) million as far as a percentage he spent already?
