Forty-eight-year-old Kevin Dalasta has waived his right to a jury trial, which means a Polk County judge will decide his fate.
I hope kevin dalasta has to spend the rest of his life in prison for killing those two kids, he should not be allowed to be in public, when those two will never be able to.
