A "STUPID IDEA" and a waste of taxpayer dollars.
But then what can we expect from these simpletons who try to pass themselves off as great thinkers and problem solvers !!!
They should all be ashamed and embarrassed to run for public office !!!
Much-less hold it !!!

They got ideas from at least 160 Cedartown residents. I'm sure all of those were well educated, well traveled people with broad ideas on what makes a small town a success.
I noticed that the drinking water was a concern for some, they probably became concerned when their water bill arrived in an envelope and had a questionnaire inside. Somewhat confusing for them I imagine.

I don't live in Cedartown but I will say this - you have to applaud anyone that takes your money for asking if you're happy. Taxes are a necessary evil, and people tend to complain constantly about "the government;" for them to care enough to ask what they could do better is a refreshing change! that being said, paying someone to ask the questions would be irresponsible in the current state of the economy when that money would be much better spent funding some type of program with direct benefits!
