Really! I can't believe people would sue over that. Must be a Get rich fast!

Go ahead and sue. This is not a get rich quick scheme. The woman responsible was found guilty (I feel sorry for her son). "Over the Top" might feel a lot different if it were their child that stood the risk of being exposed to HIV, hepatitis, or other blood borne pathogens.
