Why? 30 years have passed and still no answer to that question! Four lives were lost on April 11th 1981. And to date there are few who have even bothered to find the truth! PCSO has been given a golden opportunity, Vidocq has agreed to study this case! Yet for some reason PCSO has refused them access. I have never seen such incompetent police work on any case. Suspects and there were more than a few, lied during interviews and you would have to have been a complete Moran to have thought they were being truthful. Some were even allowed to leave town! It's time to put an end to the BS being dished out!! If PCSO hasn't solved it in 30 years, then it's either because they can't or they WON'T . My personal opinion is that there was complete corruption and Plumas Co cannot not solve this crime without exposing themselves. If you cannot uphold the law, then you should not be able to enforce it !!
