State misspent millions in post-9/11 grants

Soon after hijackers obliterated the World Trade Center towers eight years ago, Marin County received more than $100,000 in surveillance equipment to keep its water treatment system safe from a terrorist attack.

Someone needs to look into all the grant money that was received and spent by the "so-called" Regional Special Weapons & Tactics Team. Especially the big white truck that is parked behind SSPD. I think maybe Chief Cercone spent some money for one of his toys!!!!
