The issue isn't that there is prayer it's that there is prayer reconizing one religion. If you want to say a prayer to the god of your choice that's fine, but don't expect others to be fine and dandy when you dismiss their ideas and their faith.

Free Exercise applies everywhere that Establishment does not.

This is not one of those places, where they representatives of government are concerned.

Oh gee whiz people! Didn't you know that Freedom of Religion applies to everyone except Christians? If you are a Christian you might offend someone and in our disgustingly politically correct society we wouldn't want to do that would we? In fact, it makes more sense for other religions to go out of there way to offend Christians. Yes, we have Freedom of Religion as long as we aren't Christians.

Care to back that up with examples?

Why is it that every one has a problem with prayer to GOD in public, but no has a problem spening the money that says IN GOD WE TRUST!!! I think prayer should be in school, in any open public meeting and GOD should be in the forfront of all things, That is what is wrong now, you people get bored and what to get your 15 seconds of fame, but you better be ready for judgement.

Because "In God We Trust" and other such inscriptions are legal under the ceremonial Deism exception to the Establishment clause.

School sponosored prayer is illegal in public school, unless you would also like your kids to pray to Mecca. Get over it. You and your kids can pray your heads off, you just can't have the school sponsor it.

Your last sentence is an example of an infamous logical fallacy, Pascal's Wager.

Of course they do. If it is an American value, they are against it. Run these antiAmerican fools out of this country.
