Billionaire leads push for Castle Creek guardrail
A delivery truck heads up Castle Creek Road south of Aspen Thursday afternoon. Some citizens, in an effort spearheaded by homeowner Bill Koch, would like to see guardrails installed in various spots on the winding road, where steep drop-offs are common.
