Apache Junction vice mayor assaulted in road rage incident

Apache Junction's vice mayor was hospitalized after a road rage incident on Friday.

This article makes no sense. I was notified of this incident shortly after it happened via a phone call.
This article makes it sound like 2 different accidents. I was told by a very reliable source that the it was one accident and that the vice mayor hit a motorcycle...rear ended him...no doubt in any accident who ever rear ends is at fault. As far as the assault I can tell you right now it was provoked and self defense. Of course we won't hear that part of the story now will we. The vice mayor will walk with no consequences and the biker will get "assaulted" by the system. I've seen it time and time again. I will be following the "ongoing investigation" closely and all bikers should!!! Pay attention!

I can tell you right now it was not self defense like the biker says. I know this from a very reliable source too. Who hit who? Only Eck was assulted.He never even struck the biker. As far as the accident if Eck was at fault im sure he will be held accountable. lets not whine because were bikers we won"t hear the truth of the story. Quit using because were bikers we get assulted by the system.Bikers an non bikers have too live by the same system.
