Arizona county scraps speed cameras

Sheriff Babeu has a photo-radar ticket in 2007 in Chandler, AZ, one in Scottsdale, AZ in 2008, and lied about not knowing the driver (sister-in-law) of his vehicle caught on photo-radar in Pinal County in 2008. The problem is his speeding, not photo-radar.
