Fuel prices affect the cost of everything, but goods and services all need fuel to move.

Either we need new sources of energy, a new way of doing business local-only, or incomes have to rise to match these costs. The CDT ran a good article Sunday Feb. 10, 2007 that explains how the average working people have nowhere to turn. All of their money is budgeted out for living expenses each month.
