Does this ruling apply to all games., Sweepstakes. Etc... No more prizes at Carnivals or Tournaments...The State talks about morality. Yet it has Keno, Lottery and soon to be Casinos. Will the state put a 10 dollar cap on Charity games as well. Also What about Casinos straight up Gambling where the player has little control of outcome. bet they won't impose a $10 cap on Black Jack or Slots. The State is a big bullie here Looking after it's on self greedy interest...Must be nice to be able to strong arm your competition out of existance....This is singling out a business and unfair practices. Where'd they get the Ten Dollar Limit anyway and how is it Constitutional?. Was their any research or even study of industry. They legalize Machines. That are'nt manufactured to award $10 caps....You can buy the car but you can't drive it!!!!!!

Besides how does one even know the value of said Prizes. Who's to say my 10 dollar prize is really a one dollar prize! How is this enforceable anyway????

I believe that the non profit charities are exempt. I'm surprised that the Supreme Court turned away the potential tax revenues...LOL

Wanna bet Kasich will get it fixed as its harmful to small business...nice conflict...LMAO

My point exactly. Don't bring Morality into the law. When supposedly the most moral organizations have Casino Nights. I guess it's do at the church says, not what it does.......
