Teen dies after beating at vacant Peoria home

A high school sophomore allegedly beaten by a homeowner after being caught inside a Peoria house has died.

First of all...let that man out of jail and give him an award. What should you do when you find one of these punks has broken into your home. He should have killed the other punk too. The home owner must be black.. Since he's locked up for it.

i can relate to some of the photo's, as a mother of 2 son's. one particular photo made me cry, because it was such a boy thing that tugs at a mother's heart. i am sad for this family and i don't even know them.

i dont think i would have gone that far on a kid, but i definitely would have laid a grown man to rest. illinois needs a CC law at least for those deemed fit and mentally capable to obtain and use guns. break into my house and i am going to assume you are willing to hurt me upon confrontation. if this kid had a gun and shot the man defending his home you naysayers would be singing a different tune

same thing happened down in florida... some old guy blew the head off a 17 yr old that was trying to pry open his window...the punishment doesnt fit the crime...this is the united states, not pakistan
